Adidas Press Day
Brief
Maverick were asked to create two unique sets to show case Adidas' Spring/Summer
2008 collection for London's press and media.
Our Response
In a usually bare fashion show room, Maverick built an old school American locker
room to display Adidas' funky, fashionable Originals range. The large brick wall
set and amber lighting really changed the feel of the room, additional props such
as lockers and changing benches completed the look of the room. For a completely
different atmosphere, a white, modern set was used to exhibit the Adidas Sports
Performance range. The sleek room reflected the products that were displayed. A
chill out area was also created, this gave the PR representatives of Adidas an area
to talk with the press. Soft lighting, low level seating and a masseuse completed
the ambiance of the room.
The Results
Adidas were really delighted with the look of both sets. Each area was distinctive,
they assisted in creating a unique press day and worked well to show case the ranges.
