FIRST CHOICE TRUCK
Brief
We were asked to create an internal communication programme along with a delivery
mechanism to serve the Emerging Markets region.
Our Response
We wanted to provide our client with a completely new approach to internal communications
which would change the way their company spoke to their employees. We created a
Formula 1 style lorry which could arrive anywhere across the region and open out
into an experience that would be the same no matter if it was in Russia, the Middle
East or South Africa, the experience of the guests would be consistant. This meant
that everyone across the whole region would receive the same message and experience
and it would be able to visit 80-90% of the workforce in or around their offices/workplaces.
The Results
In the first months of the truck being "live", it has already visited 2,600 employees
and covered a distance of 6,850 miles and going as far across the world as Russia,
north of Mongolia. The truck is next off to Kenya, the Middle East and Eastern Europe
in 2008.
It has been that well received that we have created a Flight Case version which
is an exact replica of the Truck but it folds away into 21 cases for transport via
plane/sea/road around the rest of the region.
The project has been so successful in the Emerging Markets region that it is being
rolled out globally using these formats.
