EUROPE HUBS & GATEWAYS
BRIEF
The brief was to design and manage an event which was to spearhead a new internal marketing strategy
intended to communicate the brand re-design of Aviation Europe to Hubs & Gateways.
OUR RESPONSE
200 delegates from all over Europe attended the event at a surprise location in Brussels, which was
held in a converted aircraft hangar which we transformed into an exhibition and conference. As the main focus we arranged for a Boeing 747 to be especially
flown in from Istanbul, in which we constructed a breakout room. An evening dinner and drinks reception completed a highly successful one-day event.
THE RESULTS
Aviation Europe successfully re-launched themselves as Hubs & Gateways. The after effects have seen the re-launch rolled out to all of Europe
through additional collateral and with a series of events throughout the region.
